Data Entry Associate


The primary focus of the role will be inputting data into software and communicating with internal teams and clients; it may also include uploading (e-portal), filing, scheduling, and other general clerical duties and legal office support.

  • Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office 
  • Understanding basic Invoice and Billing. 
  • Good working knowledge of excel 
  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry 
  • Entering data into software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted 
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents 
  • Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and deadlines 
  • Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database 
  • Update customer information in a database 
  • Organize existing data in a spreadsheet 
  • Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records
