- Prepare, record, and process accounts payable and cash disbursement, and accounts receivable and cash receipts.Â
- Prepare allocation tables for indirect expenses and revenue items as needed.Â
- Prepare and process payroll and deductions schedules.Â
- Reconciliation of Payroll / Sales Taxes / Loan AccountsÂ
- Maintain / Prepare required records, reports, and files in an organized manner.Â
- Review open invoice reports and follow up with a schedule of payments or adjustments.Â
- Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting) or CA-SemiQualifiedÂ
- Quickbooks, Wave, Zoho or Xero ExperienceÂ
- 2+ Years of Experience in US Accounting or Public Accounting(In India)Â
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooksÂ
